A Friendly Reminder: Let’s Keep Each Other Healthy It’s that time of year when colds and bugs are making the rounds. If you're experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or a temperature, please do not attend the Centre or any classes until you're feeling better. This helps protect our more vulnerable members — colds and viruses can spread easily in shared spaces. We also kindly ask that everyone continues to practise good hygiene while at the Centre, especially cleaning your exercise equipment after use. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and well! |

Exciting News! We are delighted to let you know that we have secured the lease to open the rooms downstairs at the Centre. This means we now have space with direct street access, which is a huge bonus. We are hoping to have classes running down there from mid July, including Strength and Balance classes and Chair Yoga. We will also be starting a new group for Mums and Bubs, which we are very excited about. At this point in time there will be no changes to the times of any classes, but please do keep an eye the Acitivities page on our website for updates for individual classes. Let us know if there are any new classes or activities you would like to see at the Centre, now we have more space! |
